Plasma Lux 2400 - Plasma ARC Curing!
Super high output plasma curing. Over 2400mW/cm2 of curing power in a broad spectrum light range (410 – 500nm) cures virtually all types of dental composite, bonding agents, core materials and any other light cured material. Cure 4 times faster than traditional curing methods.
Normal mode provides the operator with their choice of 4 time settings: 1, 3, 6, 10 seconds. As well as a choice of 3 out put modes 50%, 80% and 100% power.
The Vector Plasma Lux features a built in radiometer for testing the out put prior to curing. This is an essential feature as any small particle on the curing tip or if the curing tip or wand has become partially disconnected the unit can loose up to 50% of the light out-put. This loss in light out put would not be visible to the naked eye but would cause failure of the material. Therefore it is essential that the light be tested prior to each procedure to ensure proper light out put. Competitors units that do not have a radiometer should be avoided.
This unit can easily be transported from operatory to operatory with the built in carrying handle and light wand holder. The unit will also function in either the horizontal or vertical position.
